Retainer Basis
You’re not just paying for sessions but for ongoing support including chat, access to our Slack group, emails, discounted courses, ad-hoc help, calls and more. Missed sessions? Let’s chat and see if we can fit it in the current billing cycle. But remember, your retainer remains due even if sessions are missed and calls do not roll over to future billing periods.
Confidentiality and Recording Policy
All mentoring sessions are confidential. Recording of calls, whether by audio, video, or note-taking apps, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. This is to protect the sensitive and proprietary nature of the information shared during sessions. As a mentor, I often discuss confidential strategies and insider practices, and unauthorised recording could lead to unintended disclosures. This policy ensures that all shared information remains secure and that our conversations remain a safe space for open and honest discussion.
